I need a website hosting provider service which allows me to access both adminstrative %26amp; development areas of the website, and does not allow a website developer access to the adminstrative areas of the hosting account. I can do this by giving FTP access to the developer, but that way any features provided by the website hosting service (eg. website builder, live support links, CGI library, FrontPage Extensions, etc...) can%26#039;t be used through the development interface by the developer.
