I am interested in creating a personal website and i don%26#039;t know php or any html. However, i am very creative and i like to be able to customize things. I have tried geocities page builder but it will not load. Anyone know any other sites?

from my experiance, blogger, it gives you access to the XML, i think its XML, but it looks kinda like HTML, anyways, it gives the user acces to the source of the page, also lets you have an address, like www.______.blogspot.com
