I need to create a website for my company, but I don%26#039;t want to use Yahoo Site Builder 2.0 Does anyone know of a cheap, and professional program to use?
What%26#039;s the best program for creating a Website?
Dreamweaver is expensive, plus you have to do it yourself, the amount of time you will be spending just to study it will be very frustrating then the result is unprofessional, later on you will find out you need knowledge on server side scripting to create online contact forms, etc...
My suggestion, hire a professional to do the website for you. For as low as $79 you can have a professionally designed, developed and fully functional website according to your taste and needs. Visit http://www.intrinzicdesignz.com for more information.

Other Replys:Cheap and professional are two words that don%26#039;t go together. If you want the best, then you%26#039;re looking at getting Dreamweaver CS3 from Adobe. It manages entire sites, lets you code all kinds of scripting and HTML pages as well as CSS, XML, etc... And it%26#039;s closely integrated with Flash. There%26#039;s no single tool to use when making sites, but Dreamweaver manages everything you have that makes up your site, so it%26#039;s the closest thing to what you%26#039;re asking for.
It%26#039;s not cheap though and I%26#039;ve never seen a truly competitive app that was any cheaper.
Other Replys:To be honest, the cheapest website creator is probably a Text Editor like Notepad. But you have to know HTML to do that. Other than that, the easiest one is probably either Microsoft Word or Frontpage. (You can use OpenOffice if you don%26#039;t have either one of those)
You%26#039;ll also need hosting, which you can buy from Yahoo! or others.
Other Replys:You can download trials like adobe photoshop or paint shop pro.
I have adobe photoshop and its really good. You can make alot of stuff :] Here an example what I made on it
Other Replys:Dreamweaver is best, but it%26#039;s not cheap. Invest in it, though. Think about the potential payoff for you if it helps your company.
Other Replys:WYSIWYG software make the website very slow because it add a lot more code then necessary. If you need a professional website done we are able to provide a 1 page for $99. If you need something more complicated we have pricing on our site and we can have it done in less than a week. www.graphx.net
