as far as dragging and dropping %26quot;wherever%26quot; you want I don%26#039;t think its possible (or at least satisfactory solutions don%26#039;t exist) even with paid solutions
but basically I think you are asking for too much from a free solution. You should consider paying a professional to help you build your company%26#039;s website.
