I would like to build a webstite but am unfamiliar with HTML and have no desire to learn.?

Anyone know of any free drag%26amp;drop type HTML editing/website builder programs? Besides BlueVoda. Their software is free, but when you want to publish your finished work to the web using their software THEN they want $30. Any help from anybody would be great.

You can build a website without learning HTML, but you can%26#039;t build a *good* website without learning HTML. There%26#039;s really no way around it if you%26#039;re at all serious, but it%26#039;s not very difficult to learn.

However, you might want to check out Nvu ( http://www.nvu.com ). It%26#039;s a free website-building program that%26#039;s good if you have limited knowledge of HTML.

I use godaddy for my Web site. It%26#039;s very cheap, and it has templates you can use for designing your site.

check it out at godaddy.com.

Other Replys:Go to www.freewarearena.com and look under the proper category.

All the software there is free.

Other Replys:Yahoo has webpage building and it%26#039;s free through GeoCities.

Other Replys:I used Hosting.com.ru for domain name and complete web building tools as well as tracking program all inclusive. It cost me $5.95 per month and I used paypal. I am very happy with all I got by using them

Other Replys:Go with a web hosting service that will pre-install a content-management system for you, like Drupal (my favorite) or Joomla (also popular) or WordPress (popular with bloggers).

And if that hosting service offers training classes on the pre-installed bundles, that%26#039;s even better!

Other Replys:Many people in your situation want to build a site but still want a professional website. Take a look at this site. It offers Professional Website Templates but also gives tips on how to build the site to your liking.

Other Replys:Microsoft (free domain and hosting for life) , Google (Googlepages, Blogger) , Yahoo (Geocities), Freewebs are some of the companies offering free websites with design tools . A list of free websites with features and links is available at http://tinyurl.com/lw7kp

Other Replys:Yahoo Geocities, of course! They have the option of HTML editing, but also have drag%26amp;drop stuff. I still say it%26#039;d be a good experience for you to learn HTML (it%26#039;s not as difficult as everyone claims) but if you really don%26#039;t want to, you don%26#039;t have to. If you want more than just a simple little website, you might want to invest in a web design program on CD. WebEasy is a great program that doesnt require any knowledge of HTML
