I have built many websites in the past using things like yahoo sitebuilder. These programs are easy and boaring..lol! I havent built a website in a while and would now like to build a member website. (people come and sign up for an account on my website). Please I am looking for advice on how to do this. Also i am using windows vista home premium and cannot use yahoo site builder because it is not compatible with vista. If you can recommend a free software for building websites I would appreciate it. ( I dont know how to write code)
