If you are going to have pictures and the latest flash audio sound %26amp; video stuff it will require some expense. A little concerted effort to learning html etc., all free however time consuming. After I did the last webpage for somebody they didn%26#039;t pay me so I don%26#039;t bother anymore.

Other Replys:Look at your local Craigslist ads--there are usually pretty good deals on there and you might find someone local who you can work with, which I personally prefer.
