Pokemon Team Help~Exp. EV Trainer, Team Builder?

Yes I am nowhere near being a Expert of Strategy in Pokemon and I%26#039;m looking for help to build a Pychic/Dark Team for a gym on a website, I really could use help on everything, I have no idea where to start or building a team like this so if any Expert could help.

Luigi has a pretty good team there, but I%26#039;d drop Spiritomb and Drapion. Also, Metagross won%26#039;t need Bullet Punch if it has Agility. Here%26#039; what I would do.

Alakazam - Timid - Choice Specs - 252 Spd, 252 Satk, 6 HP

Psychic

Focus Blast

Thunderbolt/Hidden Power Fire(for steels like Skarmory)

Trick (trick choice specs to a physical attack and you pretty much screw them)

Tyranitar - Jolly - Focus Sash - 252 Spd, 252 Atk, 6 HP

Metagross - Adamant - Leftovers - 252 Atk, 208 Spd, 48 HP

I put 208 speed EVs considering your IVs are 31. You want 228 speed, which will let you outrun a choice scarfed Adamant Garchomp after one Agility.

Grass Knot/Hidden Power Fighting(for Tyranitar because Surk will not OHKO it)
