Outside templates for Yahoo Site builder?

Hello,

I am trying to create my very first website. Although basic, I would like more control over the layout/template because i don%26#039;t like any of the yahoo templates. Does anyone knows whether Yahoo SiteBuilder allows external templates (dreamveaver) and how it works?
