How to edit ready made templates and how to add login/logout and sign up on your website?

Hello. I get these cool templates from http://www.zymic.com/show_templates.php?... and was wondering. Where it says Your Logo Here how do you change that text with out ruining the back round? Also I am useing WYSIWYG Site Builder and how do I add login/logout on it? Also how can I create a sign up form that they register and right away then can login with out me having to manualy create the account in the php script? I dont understand how to connect to a database or what a database is. Please hlep. Thanks

With your downloaded files you have one Photoshop File(.psd). Modify that file and make your own logo. Then link back in your html file.
