Creating an e-commerce site with all the bells and whistles???

Ok, my company wants to find a good website company to re-do our website. We are in Boston.

We have a few conditions:

- no grad students

- no first time website builders

- no waiters wishing to become some marketing website guru

- must be an established company that is not in a home office/garage

- must know what the hell they are doing

- for the love of god must know what SEO means

- must be able to create site for under $10K

- site content is already done and the new site is too make SEO more effective

- must be able to create HTML code within the company, no middle men, no contracting to 8th person

- need to be able to get it built in 2 months (end of September)

Any suggestions?
