if u acn download to %26quot;yahoo pagemaker%26quot; im sure ud have to go directly with them, if u load someone elses already made page itll most likely mess up... id just try to work out something with someone professional... atleast for the menu page, possibly a flash intro.. save the yahoo templates for the more boring read only kind of pages thall make up ur site

Other Replys:Use frontpage, where you are not forced to use templates at all!! It will surely have the %26quot;cool factor%26quot; as you call it. You can even create a discussion group.

Better still, learn html, with it you don%26#039;t even need frontpage, just use notepad, or any other word processor. (Search with google for tutorials).

To use these methods, you might need an %26quot;internet service provider%26quot;(isp) With a frontpage extension. And there are plenty of them, out there!!

Even if you are buying from a builder, you should have a Realtor represent you. He or she can guide you in the selection process, help you negotiate price and also guide you in the closing. In other words protect your interest. Commission to the Realtor comes from the seller.

OK, well first you need to buy a domain. Most places can sell you 1-3 year leases for around $10 a year (relatively cheap). Now that you own the domain, you need to host it somewhere. Hosting services can run from $40 and up a month, but you get a web server already setup, hard drive space, FTP / Telnet / etc... usually ASP or PHP and usually some type of database. Or you can host it yourself, which means you need a machine with a public IP address and you need to bind your domain to it. This can get very complicated, and I recommend you go with a hosting option.
